About Fred
Fred Carpenter is a Vistage Master Chair leading multiple chief executive peer advisory groups in the Chandler market, where he has launched and grown several Vistage groups since becoming a Chair. He brings over 25 years of experience as a C-level executive across real estate, technology, financial, and educational businesses, including start-ups, acquisitions, and companies working through turnaround opportunities. Before chairing, Fred was a Vistage member himself for 20 years, giving him a member’s perspective on the peer advisory process. He holds an MBA from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.
