Jim Canfield is a Vistage Chair serving Nashville and the surrounding area, and one of the most decorated figures in the CEO peer group industry. He launched his first business at 27, helped build the largest investment firm serving credit unions off Wall Street, and became the youngest group leader in Vistage history, chairing CEO groups in Memphis for a decade and earning a Chair Excellence award. He went on to serve as Chief Learning Officer at Vistage, where he recruited and developed more than 500 Chairs, then spent a decade as President and CEO of Renaissance Executive Forums. Jim is the author of “CEO Tools 2.0: How to Think, Lead and Manage Like a CEO,” has delivered its workshop more than 500 times across six countries, and has been named Vistage Speaker of the Year three times.
