About Steve
Steve McFarland is a Vistage Master Chair leading five peer advisory groups across the Indianapolis market. Before chairing, he built a 35-year operating career from Fortune 100 CFO to multi-unit franchise owner, holding senior finance and president-level roles at Archer Daniels Midland, Newell Rubbermaid, and Delta Faucet, and serving as President of CP Morgan Homes. He also founded and ran five franchises of The School of Rock, and holds certifications in Positive Intelligence and The Working Genius alongside his MBA from the University of Illinois.
